The Bunney - Services & Facilities 2013

Services:

 Bedding/Towels: All Bed linen, Duvets, Towels, Face towels, Bath mat. Tea towels and Oven gloves are provided 

             for your use and are included in the Booking Fee.

 Highchair: 1 IKEA Antilop highchair with safety belt. H&S: Place no more than 3Kg on the tray.

 Cot: 1 Mothercare, Basinette Travel cot (collapsible) for infant up to 14kg/30lbs and less than 85cm/33.5” tall.

         NOTES: For your child’s Health & Safety. Mattress only provided for use as bedding is not supplied. Cot linen is not 

           provided. Please supply your own cot linen, including pillows with cases, sheets and protective covers, blankets or

           duvets.

Please do not use ANY of the items that we have in The Bunney.

IMPORTANT:

Multi-week bookings: Saturday laundry collection approx. 10:00 – 15:00. We will agree a suitable time with the visitors to carry out the above. All Bed linen, Towels, Face towels, Bath mat and Tea towels are required for laundering. We will provide replacements for the above and prefer to make all beds ourselves.

NOTE: Towels, Face towels, Bath mat: Please leave your un-used towels etc. on the towel rails provided. These will be changed. Please place all your used Towels etc. in the bath for collection and changing. 

         NOTE: We will supply sufficient of the above for the duration of your stay.

Gas/ Electricity: The Bunney has gas fired central heating. The Thermostat is set at 20°C. All gas and power are included in the price.

Facilities:

Kitchen: Fully fitted and well equipped with; Gas hob / Electric convection oven, Convection microwave oven, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer, Large Fridge Freezer. Overlooks front garden.

Lounge / Diner: Technica 26” LCD TV / DVD + Built-in Freeview and Bush Midi system.

Recreation: There is a selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs.

Internet: WiFi connection available at a weekly fee of £6.00. Now with unlimited usage.

Telephone: Telephone connection available (INCOMING) calls only.

Utility Cupboard: Ironing board and iron. Also shoe cupboard.

Drying Facilities: Outdoor extending clothes line, Drying racks, Radiator driers and Airing cupboard.

Bathroom: Shower over bath, toilet & basin. Electric shaver socket.

Two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Twin. 1 Mothercare Basinette Travel Cot (collapsible) for infant only. Wharfdale 15" LCD TV/DVD Combi HD Ready + Freeview.

Bedroom 2 - AS 15" LCD TV/DVD Combi with Freeview box.

Rear garden: Patio furniture and shed for cycle storage. Overlooking ancient woodland called The Bunney and has a patio area for use with the umbrella, table and chairs etc. Additional bench seating.

Car parking: 1 Bay in Private car park (No.11) and additional parking on public road.

            NOTE: Please do not park on The Bunney land owned by Hampshire County Council.

Additional Information:

Conditions: Sorry no pets. No Smoking at The Bunney. Please do not put yourselves at risk or our property. We  will require damages to be paid for.

Saturday to Saturday bookings.

Bookings run from 3.00pm Saturday to 10.00am on the following Saturday.

Amenities: Butlocks Heath Village - The Cottage Inn, The Roll Call (pubs) and General Store are all along Woolston Road. Also BT telephone kiosk and Royal Mail Postbox.

Amenities: Netley Village: Netley beach, Abbey Hall (Parish) with re-cycling facilities, Castle Recreation ground, children’s play areas. Also BT telephone kiosk and Royal Mail post box.

Local Shopping: Netley Village centre in Victoria and Station Roads. Tesco’s Bursledon Towers Extra - 2.5 miles.

Transport: Netley Railway Station - 0.5 mile. Local bus services from outside the General Store.
