The Bunney – Terms & Conditions 2013
The below Terms & Conditions are issued for guidance to persons booking directly with the owners of The Bunney, 11 Old School Close. If your booking is through an authorised agent who represents our property then their terms and conditions will apply in addition to ours.
Important notes: Saturday to Saturday only bookings may be made directly with the owners of; The Bunney, 11 Old School Close through authorised websites offering the property.

Booking arrangements: On contacting us, Sue or David will discuss your proposed dates and fees for the period you wish to take, which will be held for 7 (Seven) days. If you wish to proceed with your booking, we will send our 'Customer Booking Form' and 'Accommodation Details' forms for your completion and return as soon as possible. To confirm your reservation you will need to send payment for 20% of the booking fee. Paying by cheque, Bankers Draft, IBAN / SWIFT / CHAPS or PayPal.
Please note: There may be a charge applied for each payment. (IBAN) The Co-operative Bank will levy a £6 charge for countries outside of the EU and on amounts over £100. PayPal may charge more. These are deducted at source and we would welcome the reimbursement.
10% Returning Visitor's Discount: Sue & I have agreed that the discount will not apply to amounts that are in the;
£325 to £375 price range. We feel The Bunney is value for money and know our returning visitors will agree.
The balance of the booking fee is due eight weeks before the start date. Failure to ensure that such payment reaches us by that date may result in cancellation of the agreed booking period. If your reservation is made within eight weeks of your arrival date then the full booking fee is required before the reservation can be confirmed.
On receipt of your full booking fee you will receive our 'Location Details' to The Bunney and location of key etc. NOTE: Cancellation insurance is the full responsibility of the tenant / holiday-maker
Uninsured cancellation: In the unlikely event that you have to cancel or amend your already agreed rental arrangements with us we will endeavour to re-let the property. If the property is not re-let then the table below applies;

NOTE: Please contact Sue & David on the Friday with an estimated time of arrival for Saturday
Restrictions: The number of people using The Bunney is not to exceed 4 (four), except for infant sleeping in the cot.
NOTE: We request that ALL members of your holiday party are identified at the time of completing the 'Accommodation Details' form. We will NOT accept others staying WITHOUT prior notification. Non-compliance with the above will lead to the termination of your booking.
Storage: We will only accept the normal holiday luggage to be stored at The Bunney. Additional luggage stored as a result of visitors involved in moving or for the purposes of business promotion whilst staying at The Bunney will lead to the termination of their stay.
Welcome Basket: A Welcome Basket will be provided for you on Saturday. We cater for those that have Coeliac condition.
Food & Drink: All food and drink items are to be removed from the kitchen and taken with you or re-cycled, prior to your leaving the premises.
WiFi: Consideration has been given to our visitors that may require a WiFi connection link to the Internet. We have a BT HomeHub2 (WAP2) enabled at No.11 so that you can use a Wireless Laptop/s.
NOTE: We encourage only the use of; E-mail and web browsing. Downloading of data / music / ring tones and gaming etc. is not permitted. A charge of £6 for each week is additional to booking costs. Now with unlimited usage.
Telephone connection: There is also a telephone connection available. It will only receive INCOMING calls on Southampton - +44(0)23 8045 5062. This number can be used for contact.
Highchair: 1 IKEA Antilop highchair with safety belt. Health & Safety (H&S): Place no more than 3Kg on the tray.
Cot: 1 Mothercare, Basinette Travel cot (collapsible) for infant up to 14kg/30lbs and less than 85cm/33.5” tall.
NOTES: For your child’s Health & Safety (H&S). Mattress only provided for use as bedding is not supplied. Cot linen is not provided. Please supply your own cot linen, including pillows with cases, sheets and protective covers, blankets or duvets.
Please do not use ANY of the items that we have in The Bunney.
IMPORTANT: Multi-week bookings: Saturday laundry collection approx. 10:00 – 15:00. We will agree a suitable time with the visitors to carry out the above. All Bed linen, Towels, Face towels, Bath mat, Tea towels and Oven gloves are required for laundering. We will provide replacements for the above and prefer to make all beds ourselves.
NOTE: We will supply sufficient of the above for the duration of your stay.
IMPORTANT: We request that you let us know as soon as possible of any item that becomes faulty or is broken.
NO PETS: Sue & I have agreed that we will not accept pets.
NO SMOKING: Please do not put yourselves at risk or our property. Non-compliance will lead to the termination of your booking.
Your Responsibility: The holiday maker/tenant undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the rental period.
NOTE: You also undertake to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. The owners of The Bunney should be compensated for damage and breakages that may occur (fair wear and tear excepted). Therefore we may apply a 'Refundable deposit' of a minimum £100.00, all or part of which is returnable after two weeks from your leaving date.
We have compiled the information in our advertising as accurately as possible. However, facilities may be altered or withdrawn as we strive to improve The Bunney. Every effort in advising you and your party will be taken should this happen. The owners of The Bunney have arranged the necessary legal insurances to run the home as a holiday let. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for loss of life, personal injury, loss, damage or accident. We aim to ensure that the information on the website is accurate; however, there may be small differences to the actual property and its description.
